Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to teachers from the provided database
  • Inform and invite teachers to attend an online socialization session for the company's products
  • Register contacted teachers and confirm their attendance for the socialization event
  • Accurately update data and contact status in the database
  • Compile daily/periodic reports on call activities and progress toward targets

Status: Freelance (Contract)

Location: Onsite at Ventura Building, Cilandak, South Jakarta.

Working Hours: 10.00 AM PM (Monday - Friday).

Requirements

  • Minimum education of High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience as a Tele Sales, Telemarketer, or Customer Service representative is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; clear and persuasive
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible for work results and data accuracy
  • Proficient in computer operation and basic applications (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google Sheets)
  • Must have and bring a personal laptop for work
  • Must have an active personal email address
