**The Opportunity**

Manulife Indonesia Bancassurance Nasional Sales Head Danamon is responsible for managing Sales Team, Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM), Area Business Development Manager (ABDM) and FS in all Regions. This position will build good relationship with Bank Partner (Danamon) to ensure the business running well

**We are looking for someone with**:
- Bachelor-Degree Graduated.
- Expert in Bancassurance and Managerial
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales; 3 years experiences in Bancassurance and 3 years experiences as Sales Leader
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English
- Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative & problem
- solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Customer service oriented
- High concern for order and quality; accuracy, work standards

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
**On the job you will**:
**Strategy & Planning**
- Understand AJMI overall Vision and Goals to execute and implement detail Sales Activity Strategy, adaptable to each region.
- Work with Bank Partner Key Person (Region Head) in all regions nationwide to make sure the business running on track
- Ensure execution from all RBDM, ABDM so that the execution in the field is align with bank partner
**Day to Day Operation**
- Control Sales process activity to make sure the activity is on track with national regions’s Strategy so the result will achieve the business plan
- Ensure the quality of Sales process, to minimize fraud and Customer complain in Financial Services level
- Performing Customer Gathering to align with all bank partner and represent Manulife being the speaker in all Customer Gathering
- Manage the overall manpower and resourcing plan based on Sales KPI as maintain FS Capacity by regular monthly basis
- Specifically, for HNW segment, NSH will work closely with corporate banking enterprise and SME division to focus on development of Keyman leads
**Leadership & People Management**
- Support Manager Promotion Panel (Manager Development Program) by developing Empowering action to fulfill Organization needed and support internal promotion program
- Coach and development detail sales activity strategy to RBDM, ABDM and FS
- To ensure stability and improvement of ABDM and FS Segmentation
- To work closely with head of sales Bancassurance Danamon to find tune and alignment unit link initiatives
