We are looking for a seasoned **Senior Talent Acquisition** to manage mid to senior-level hiring for our Corporate teams. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of talent acquisition and business strategy. You’ll partner closely with **Business leaders, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits teams** to craft and execute a forward-looking talent strategy that fuels our innovation and growth. If you're someone who enjoys identifying and engaging exceptional talent while helping build world-class teams, we'd love to hear from you. **What You Will Do**: - Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across Corporate teams, working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies. - Act as a strategic talent partner, leveraging data, insights, and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent pipelining. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners to deliver a compelling and seamless hiring journey. - Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping build team capabilities to ensure high-quality and consistent recruitment delivery. - Lead at least one project in recruitment that impacts the wider team and its impact. **What You Will Need**: - 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on mid and senior-level hiring - Proven success in regional hiring with a deep understanding of local talent landscapes and competitive dynamics. - Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners, to deliver holistic hiring solutions. - Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders, including VPs and Directors. - Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage, align, and partner effectively across teams. - Analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using recruitment data and insights to shape strategy, report performance, and guide decision-making. **About the Team** As a team, we’re concerned not only with the growth of the company, but each other’s personal growth and well-being, too; we enjoy bonding over our shared love of good food, easy home recipes, and the best places to eat in our cities.
