**Country Manager Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.
- Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
- Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Building professional relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.
- Build and develop a high performing team with a focus on Business Development.
- Manage the development of strategic initiatives to accelerate and further diversify growth in Indonesia.
- Identify and execute local business partnerships through third-party agencies or direct relationships.
- Identify and pursue leads for commercial execution on sponsorship deals from sourcing, structuring, and closing through campaign implementation and partner retention.
- In alignment with the HQ team, execute HQ strategic vision in the Indonesia, including high impact initiatives and projects such as ecosystem product development, E-sports development, branding and advertising, community engagement, local content creation, press relations, etc.
- Be responsible for compliance and regulatory requirements of local authorities.
- Take responsibility for Business P&L, managing complex business decisions around cost.
- Be responsible in managing E-sports activities such as mobile games.

**Country Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field (preferably a master's degree).
- Postgraduate degree in sales, finance or similar is also acceptable.
- A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
- 2+ years of Business Development and general management experience
- 3+ years of work experience in marketing within the E-sports gaming related industry or ecommerce/entertainment industry will be advantages;
- Good people-management skills.
- Experience driving strong business results through strategy
- A deep understanding of the E-sports games market in the Indonesia
- Have interest and experience playing mobile games such as PUBG Mobile, MLBB & etc.

**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- E-Sports gaming: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- ENGLISH (preferred)
