We are currently offering a career opportunity in the Freight Forwarding Department for the position of:
**Freight Forwarding (PIB/PEB) Staff**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor shipments from the customer's location to their final destination.
- Identify and recommend suitable vendors.
- Timely processing of PIB & PEB documentation for both air freight and ocean freight.
- Handle import and export documents according to customer specifications.
- Draft and review PIB & PEB documents for accuracy.
- Ensure precise and punctual processing of licenses.
- Stay updated on new regulations and communicate changes to relevant parties.
- Process licenses and permits for external stakeholders.
- Inform internal teams about any new Customs-related regulations.
- Monitor and follow up on new processes, inquiries from customers, and coordinate Customs licensing.
- Handle invoicing and billing drafts for customers and vendors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the EMKL or PPJK industry.
- Proficiency in ocean export-import procedures.
- Knowledge of import and export operations.
- Strong understanding of PEB & PIB processes.
- Familiarity with export-import declaration documents (PEB/PIB) and the process of data input into Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) Customs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes and demonstrate mobility.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Outlook).

- Proficiency in Mandarin is a preferred skill.

Pay: Rp5,100,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
