About the role

We are looking for a talented Pricing (Freight Forwarder) to join our team at MAXWIDE LOGISTICS INC.'. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic pricing support to our freight forwarding operations, ensuring we remain competitive and profitable.

What you'll be doing

1.Expierenced in Carrier S/C management ;rate Calculation & Update and check,especially in TP trade to USA.

2.Cost Optimization to support Sales team

3.Coordination with Carrier, Sales and Operations Teams

4.Data Management and Reporting & marketing bites

5.Regulatory Compliance

What we're looking for

1.Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1)

2.Good understanding of international shipping procedures (export/import), freight terms (Incoterms), and basic knowledge of USA trade lane freight rate structures.

3.Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, email, and general office software.

4.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing quotations.

5.Good communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Indonesia & English).

6.Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

7.Strong teamwork and coordination skills with other departments (sales, customer service, operations).

8.Willing to learn and grow within the logistics/freight forwarding industry.

9.Additional Plus Internship or practical training experience in logistics, shipping line, or freight forwarding company, Knowledge of HS Code, shipping line portals, or pricing platforms.

10.Pererence 2~3years expierence in the carrier pricing working background
