**VILLA MANAGER**

**Main Responsibility**

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and guest experience of a luxury villa. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high service standards, handling guest requests, and maintaining the property to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Supervise villa staff, including housekeeping, chefs, security, and maintenance teams.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure staff performance meets luxury hospitality standards.
- Oversee the cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the villa.
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage villa budgets, expenses, and inventory.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or luxury property management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, F&B service, and property maintenance.
- Financial and administrative competency.
- Proficiency in languages, English required.

**Education**:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (required)

**Experience**:

- Villa Manager: 3 years (required)
