**Job Description: Villa Manager / Operations Manager**

**Position Title**: Villa Manager / Operations Manager

**Location**: Canggu/Pererenan - Remote/Hybrid work schedule.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Guest Services**:

- Welcome guests during check-in and ensure they are familiar with the property’s features and amenities.
- Provide personalized service to meet guest needs and exceed expectations.
- Handle check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any feedback or concerns.

**2. Communication and Issue Resolution**:

- Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate and communicate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with guests regarding property rules, local recommendations, and additional services.

**3. Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily villa operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory checks.
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping, repairs, and any third-party services.
- Monitor villa supplies and ensure timely replenishment of essentials.

**4. Customer Experience**:

- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests by anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Collect and manage guest feedback, using it to improve service quality and villa standards.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest details, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with property management regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, summarizing guest feedback, operational updates, and financial performance.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 2+ years in hospitality, property management, or a similar guest-focused role.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
