4.Coordinate with suppliers to keep villas well-maintained and stocked.

5.Address guest issues promptly and professionally.

6.Implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and profitability.

Qualifications:
1.Experience in luxury hospitality management.

2.Strong leadership and communication skills.

3.Comfortable using digital systems for property management.

4.Ability to manage multiple properties and solve problems efficiently.

5.Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
6. Maximum 40 Years old
