Villa Manager — Canggu, Bali

We're hiring a Villa Manager to take full ownership of operations at our Villa Estate, our private estate and wedding venue in Canggu (sleeps 30). We operate at high occupancy and need someone experienced, organised, and confident leading a small team.

What you'll be responsible for


• Daily villa operations and guest satisfaction


• Supervising and scheduling cleaners


• Ensuring cleaning quality meets international hotel standards


• Managing basic maintenance and calling contractors when required


• Guest check-ins/check-outs and communication across WhatsApp/email/OTAs


• Coordinating wedding days: venue readiness, vendor communication, curfew compliance


• Tracking expenses and overheads through simple spreadsheets


• Keeping the property consistently clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly

What you bring


• 5+ years experience in hotel/villa operations or hospitality management


• Strong leadership in cleaning standards and service delivery


• Confident communicating with guests, planners, and vendors


• Fluent English + conversational Bahasa Indonesia


• Skilled in WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets; PMS knowledge a plus


• Calm under pressure and proactive in problem-solving


• Based in Bali with transport to Canggu


• Able to work some evenings/weekends when weddings are hosted
