REQUIREMENTS


• 5+ years hospitality experience (villa operations preferred).


• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.


• Solid understanding of cleaning standards and materials.


• Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.


• High attention to detail and guest satisfaction.


• Able to manage multiple properties and flexible hours.
