Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Denpasar, Bali. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, developing and implementing ecommerce marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and driving growth through data-driven decisions. The role includes coordinating with sales and marketing teams, improving customer experience on digital platforms, and managing promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets. This position requires working closely with various internal teams to align ecommerce efforts with broader business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce and Marketing, including experience in managing digital sales platforms and online marketing strategies.
• Proven Sales and Communication skills to effectively engage customers, negotiate deals, and maintain professional relationships.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and propose actionable recommendations for growth.
• Previous experience in the real estate or related industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and analytics platforms to track sales performance and improve online presence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and within deadlines.
