We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who doesn't just "run ads"—you own the strategy, the creative, the testing, and the results across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 

What You'll Own:

  • Full-Funnel Campaigns:
    Build and manage campaigns across multiple platforms—from awareness to retargeting to conversion.
  • Creative + Testing:
    Craft ads that stop the scroll, run A/B tests, and constantly improve performance.
  • Budget Boss:
    Handle five-figure monthly budgets and squeeze every cent for maximum ROI.
  • Data & Insights:
    Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Spot trends, uncover opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Always Evolving:
    Stay ahead of platform changes, test new strategies, and push boundaries.

You're Perfect for This Role If You:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, LTV, and CAC.
  • Skilled in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance-driven creative strategies.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and analytics reporting tools.
  • Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing funnels.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Triple Whale, etc.).
  • Know your way around Shopify, WordPress, or Webflow.
  • Have run campaigns across multiple time zones.
  • Hold a Meta or Google Ads certification.
