**Villa Manager Wanted - Urgent Hiring**

**Location**: Ubud, Bali

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Full Villa Oversight** - Ensure the villa is well-maintained, clean and running smoothly.
**Guest & Client Interaction** - Provide excellent service, meet guests in person and handle any issues professionally.
**Property Inspections & Maintenance** - Assess the villa’s condition, coordinate necessary repairs, and manage vendors.
**Check-in & Check-out Management** - Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and ensure a seamless experience.
**Problem-Solving & Crisis Management** - Handle any villa-related emergencies with efficiency and professionalism.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in **English**
Prior **villa management or hospitality experience**
Confident & comfortable interacting with **foreigners & high-end clients**
Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
Reliable, friendly and professional
