Job Descriptions:
Sebagai B2B Telesales Representative - GrabAds, anda akan menjadi ujung tombak dalam membangun hubungan dengan partner bisnis kami. Kamu akan berperan dalam:
- Memahami kebutuhan partner dan memberikan rekomendasi produk iklan yang relevan.
- Menjelaskan fitur produk dan mendampingi partner dalam proses setup.
- Bekerja dengan target sales & conversion, serta menjaga akurasi data di sistem.
- Follow up untuk memastikan hubungan dengan partner tetap terjaga.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan mínimal D3
- Pengalaman min. 6 bulan di telesales / telemarketing, khususnya B2B.
- Terbukti bisa mencapai target sales melalui telepon.
- Komunikasi, negosiasi, dan interpersonal skill yang kuat.
- Bisa memahami produk digital dan menjelaskannya dengan jelas.
- Detail oriented dalam pencatatan & administrasi data.
- Percaya diri, proaktif, dan kompetitif dalam mencapai target.
- Bisa menulis dalam bahasa Inggris (basic speaking acceptable).
- Nilai plus: pengalaman di industri ad agency / digital advertising.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
