**About the company**

The Infinity Group is a London-based contracting service provider for the construction industry. We manage subcontractors' payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.

Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies or agencies, processes their payments, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.

We seek a driven and experienced Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. **This is a unique opportunity for British expats to work remotely with clients based in the United Kingdom.** We seek British nationals with a clear and professional British accent for this role. This position requires working within the UK time zone (GMT). The standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage potential clients in consultative conversations to understand their payroll needs and challenges.
- Present our payroll solutions persuasively, highlighting their key benefits and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM system, ensuring effective pipeline management.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Provide valuable feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role, preferably focusing on B2B services.
- 3 years' experience in Telesales/Cold calling (required)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a professional yet personable approach.
- A precise and professional British accent is essential for this role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to achieve results.
