**About the Role**

The Solution and Technology Department is responsible for supporting pre-sales activity. This Department has several sectors to focus on, consisting of the National Government, Local Government, Utility, Natural Resources, Commercial, and Utility. Solution Ops is a crucial function in the Solution department that focuses on optimizing and supporting solutions and sales processes. Solution ops involve various tasks and responsibilities aimed at improving the efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance of the solution and technology platform team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist Solution & Technology Department Manager in preparation of initial analysis of department’s summary timesheet report.
- Assist department members in maintaining library of presentations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Provide technical assistance to Solution & Technology Dept for technical research and development and customer related activities for example conferences and technical demonstrations and proposal preparation.
- Assist Solution & Technology Dept with communication for technical and product information.
- Assist Solution & Technology Dept to co-ordinate and monitor activities for technical exams.
- Support Solution & Technology Dept in department workflow and process management including the management of workflow management tool, standard operating procedure tracking and update and inter-department coordination.
- Assist Solution & Technology Dept including organizing meetings and appointments, controlling access to HODs & Team Leads, travelling coordination, technical asset monitoring and other documentation and paperwork support.
- Supporting the order processing activities, together with the Sales Ops.

**About You**

We are seeking a fresh graduate with a strong understanding of ArcGIS and Microsoft products to optimize and support solutions and sales processes.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

- Responsible, proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Meticulous, analytical, and attention to details.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral in English and Bahasa.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft product (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to create and analysis dashboard such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Possess tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
- Experience working with an established IT company is an added advantage.
