Company Description

**Job Description**:

- Identify potential risks and propose preventive measures for the company
- Execute the operation process and procedure related to Risk Operations
- Extract insights from large datasets to identify overall risk patterns and assist in mitigation efforts
- Provide relevant input, analysis, and solution-based on data to the stakeholders
- Maintain and monitor the quality and efficiency of the operation process
- Evaluate the company’s previous handling of risks, and compare potential risks with criteria set out by the company such as costs and legal requirements
- Reporting to Ops Risk Man Manager for daily basis work

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Statistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Operation Risk Management from Investment Industry
- Well understanding of external regulation: PBI and POJK Able to estimate entity costs based on risk analysis
- Independent and able to work as a team
- Excellent in analytical, communication, and research skills
- Display commercial awareness and an understanding of key business priorities
