Job Description

Summary of Job Description:

1. This role has to deal a lot with not only Operations Centers within T&O but also Technology, Business Units as well as Risk Management and Compliance 2. To perform monitoring on every operational risk aspects of Operations e.g. risk indicators, KRCSA, KORI, complaints, Incidents, Management Risk Awareness (MRA)

3. To manage Operations Assurance team to be able to conduct assurance as per plan and to be able to identify potential risk in Operations Centers

4. To hold an advisory functions for all Departments/ Division across the Bank for Banking Operations Policy

5. To assist TOGA Head to chair T&O Weekly Audit Meeting and T&O Risk Review Meeting
