**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Requirement Gathering & support RG team to close the solution.
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE/Flogo, EMS, TIBCO API Gateway, and ActiveSpace. Or Oracle middleware knowledge.
- Technical Support: Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Ops Collaboration: Partner with the Operations (Ops) team to identify and resolve their pain points, ensuring smooth system operations.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide training sessions, best practices, and guidance to development teams on integration technologies.
- Integration Strategy: Define and implement middleware integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Containerization & Deployment: Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments and orchestration.
- Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance the performance, scalability, and security of integration solutions.
- Technology Upgradation: Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends to improve existing systems.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in middleware integration and solution design.
- Expertise in TIBCO BWCE/Flogo, EMS, API Gateway, and TIBCO Active Space.
- Strong understanding of integration architectural principles and best practices.
- Experience in solving technical issues for development teams.
- Ability to work with the Ops team to address system reliability and performance challenges.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
- Strong DevOps knowledge, including automation, monitoring, and deployment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and mentoring development teams.

**Preferred / Advantageous Skills**:

- Experience with OCP (OpenShift Container Platform).
- Knowledge of Spotfire for data visualization and analytics.
- Familiarity with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for monitoring and logging.
- Understanding of Kafka for event-driven architecture.
