- Mengawasi operasional sehari-hari dapur pastry.
- Memastikan semua peralatan dan bahan tersedia dan berfungsi dengan baik.
- Membantu dalam menyusun jadwal kerja staf bagian pastry.
- Melatih dan mengawasi staf junior atau trainee di bagian pastry.
- Memberikan bimbingan tentang teknik memasak, kebersihan, dan efisiensi kerja.
- Memastikan kualitas, rasa, dan penampilan pastry sesuai dengan standar.
- Menjaga konsistensi produk dalam setiap produksi.
- Mematuhi prosedur kebersihan dan standar keamanan pangan.
- Memastikan area kerja selalu bersih dan rapi.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim dapur lainnya untuk mendukung kebutuhan menu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Sous Chef atau Head Pastry Chef mengenai menu, bahan, dan kebutuhan lainnya.
- Memantau persediaan bahan baku pastry.
- Melakukan pemesanan bahan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
