Job Description

  • Membantu Head Pastry & Bakery dalam pengembangan dan inovasi produk.
  • Melaksanakan produksi harian sesuai resep dan standar kualitas.
  • Menjaga konsistensi rasa, bentuk, dan tampilan produk.
  • Mengawasi kinerja tim serta kebersihan area kerja.
  • Melakukan quality control sebelum produk disajikan.
  • Membimbing Commis & Helper terkait teknik dan SOP kerja.
  • Menerapkan standar higienitas dan keamanan pangan (HACCP & GMP).
  • Membuat laporan harian produksi dan penggunaan bahan baku.
