**Location**: Jakarta, Indonesia

**BASIC FUNCTION**

Is responsible for employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance review, merit review, employee services, Stewardship (sustainability employee activities), as well as any other HR related services for the associates. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external relevant departments and parties. And perform other related duties as required.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES***

1. Provides guidance to management on Human Resources issues. Coach business leaders on all HR matters and issues, by providing input, guidance or coaching as necessary, to establish a real business partnership.
2. Responsible for the recruitment life cycle across all functions.
3. Ensure that current HR work processes and documentation complies with relevant and prevailing government policies.
4. Preparation of HR annual budgeting
5. Preparation and execution annual training plan
6. Resolve issues and address questions related to HR policies and SOPS to ensure HR operations are run smoothly.
7. Lead and manage various HR initiatives such as associates wellness and engagement programs
8. Perform any other duties as assigned

**RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS**

1. Reports to HR Manager, K&B Indonesia

2. Organization Relationships: Continuous contact with all levels of management and associates.

3. External Business Relationships:

- High schools, technical schools and colleges
- Governmental Employment Offices
- Businesses, industries and associations.
- Newspapers, radios and TV stations.

**Skills/Requirements**

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. University degree with 5 years’ experience in similar role
2. Sound knowledge of labor law and employment practices
3. Sound experience in compensation and benefit schemes as well as in insurance matters
4. Expertise in HR management processes and systems
5. Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
6. Self-starter, flexible with strong drive for results
7. Excellent communication and fluent in English.
8. Good computer skills
9. Mature personality
