**Role summary**:
The role of the Head of Production will involve managing the production and crafting department, focusing on building relationships internally with the agency & externally with clients and profitability and growth, ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered, while motivating and developing your team.

**Requirements**:

- Day to day running of the department
- Take overall responsibility for managing all productions department, providing direction and support where appropriate and ensuring a high level of quality is delivered to our clients
- Lead by example with the department, holding regular production meetings to ensure the team is fully informed on current and future projects and any necessary updates to ensure maximum efficiency and teamwork
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with the agency Creatives, Producers and any other stakeholders
- Build on existing client relationships and continue to network with key stakeholders within the agency
- Play an active role defining problems, recommending solutions and establishing resourceful conclusions
- Make sure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget
- Track costs and manage project progress.
- Be responsible for all material required for your jobs
- Check that all work is reconciled correctly and comes in within the agreed budget
- Continually define ways to increase client satisfaction and build the team as required
- Act as point of escalation for all issues emerging from your team

**Essential Experience & Skills Required**
- Minimally 10 years of experience as Executive or senior producer or head of production agency
- Results driven and proactive
- Problem solver with great production knowledge (broadcast/primary/AV, Digital and Print)
- Maintains lasting agency and client relationships internally & externally
- Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Great team player and a great attitude towards team successes
- Organised and works well under pressure
- Had a great production networks with production and post houses especially in Indonesia
