We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance and expand our portfolios, ensuring that we consistently provide exceptional options to our users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and market management, to drive product innovation and deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand and optimize our network.
- Identify market trends, partner needs, and business opportunities to drive growth and improve the quality of products offered
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry developments and anticipate partner demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize requirements from partners, market research, and market insights to guide the development of new features and improvements.
- Define clear product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to monitor key performance indicators, track product metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate product performance and make data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies and stay ahead of market demands.

**Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role, you should possess**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance/Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, STEM).
- 2 years or more of working experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the OTA (i.e. online travel agent) marketplace, including key players, industry trends, and supply-demand dynamics.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the fast-changing and dynamic industry, and synthesize learnings into strategic growth levers that generate tangible business impacts.
