Requirements:

- Female/Male
- Have min. 2 year experiences
- Have ability to operate Ms. Office
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/response to different types of characters
- Excellent communication in English.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective
- Can handle customer database on the system
- **Willing to move Nusa Lembongan - Bali**:

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Respond to customer inquiries, providing guidance and support on all aspects.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Providing accurate and complete information about our forwarding services, including rates, and available options.
- Coordinate with partners to ensure Customer timely schedules.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
