Front Office Staff (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Welcome and assist customers, handle inquiries, and provide directions as needed.
  • Process customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain a tidy and clean reception area.
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and membership registrations with accurate data entry.
  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) according to standard recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and customer areas (tables, chairs, etc.).
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including order-taking and payment handling.
  • Collaborate with trainers/staff to plan, record, and edit simple video content for social media.
  • Monitor and report inventory of beverage supplies to the General Manager.

Qualifications

:

  • Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate; Diploma preferred.
  • Experience in front office, hospitality, café, customer service, or admin is a plus.
  • Basic video creation/editing skills (CapCut/VN or similar apps).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed.
  • Responsible, honest, and comfortable working in a gym environment.
