This role is designed with long-term growth in mind. The Villa Manager position offers the opportunity to progress within the PinkHotels group, with the potential to step into a future Hotel Manager role for the right candidate who shows leadership, passion, and operational excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Villa Manager overseeing a 10-room property in Balangan. The Villa Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key duties include supervising a team of three staff, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Qualifications


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff


• Experience in hospitality management, operations, or guest services


• Solid financial skills, including budgeting, expense tracking, and inventory control


• Excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail


• Proficiency with scheduling, property management, or hospitality software is an advantage


• Familiarity with the Balangan/Uluwatu area, local regulations, and nearby attractions is beneficial


• Proven ability to maintain high customer service standards and ensure guest satisfaction


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred


• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset
