The Admin/Storage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and the overall security and maintenance of the facility. This role requires a balance of administrative tasks, customer interactions, and operational management to ensure smooth and profitable business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility.
- Ensure the security and proper maintenance of all storage units.
- Monitor and manage access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), and security procedures.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality.

2. Customer Service & Sales
- Assist customers with unit reservations, rental agreements, and inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promote and upsell storage units and related services to maximize occupancy.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.

3. Administrative & Financial Management
- Manage contracts, invoices, and rental payments from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and inventory.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to storage occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control for the facility.

4. Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors and suggest improvements to services and pricing.

5. Inventory & Logistics Management
- Maintain an accurate record of stored items and available units.
- Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and organization of stored goods.
- Coordinate with customers for item retrieval and deliveries.

6. Team Coordination (If Applicable)
- Supervise and train staff on operational procedures and customer service.
- Assign tasks and ensure smooth collaboration among team members.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business administration, logistics, or facility management is a plus.

Experience in warehouse, logistics, or storage management is a plus.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and financial management.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
