As Senior Finance Ops Staff, you will maintain daily business transactions and escrow reconciliation in Indonesia, and ensure transaction is done well without error or delay. You would be someone like is comfortable with ambiguity, your plan for the day might be thrown out the window at 9am and that's fine with you. This isn't a do the tasks on the job description kind of role. It's constantly evolving, changing, and growing.

What you will do : *
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as borrower disbursal etc
- Manage day-by-day daily operations, prepare Daily Cash Balance and Reconciliation
- Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
- Liaise with Bank and responsible for daily finance transactions
- Supporting the finance manager with projects and tasks when required
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data, assisting in the audit process by providing information and data as requested

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance related
- Thorough knowledge of Reconciliation analyst
