UPartners (Wellness subholding) are seeking a Senior Finance Staff to join our growing team and oversee end-to-end financial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while providing strong financial insight to support business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Manage and monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filing and compliance with Indonesian regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.).
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing financial data and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments for expense control and financial accuracy.
  • Review payment requests, invoices, and journal entries to ensure completeness and validity.
  • Provide financial analysis to support management decisions and business growth initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and improving internal financial procedures and controls.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (experience in a group company or wellness/retail industry is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and taxation principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Willing to work Hybrid in West Jakarta.
