About the role

PT MULIA DAYA LESTARI is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in our Jakarta Utara office. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall finance and accounting operations of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  2. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  3. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasting tools
  4. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and the management team, to provide financial insights and advice
  6. Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and documented appropriately
  7. Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  8. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
  3. Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both verbal and written), proficiency in English is a plus
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  5. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, SAP)
  6. Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
  7. Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
