Role Description

This is a
full-time contract role
based in
Jakarta, Indonesia
, with a
hybrid working arrangement
(combining office and remote work). The
Finance Ops Specialist
will play a critical role in managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting accurate financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.

The position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role contributes directly to the stability and operational efficiency of KUMPUL's financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review all financial transactions to identify, validate, and ensure tax accuracy in compliance with current tax regulations.
  • Record (journalize) accounts payable transactions accurately and in accordance with internal SOPs and applicable policies.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and employee reimbursement documents.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure alignment between system records and bank statements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users or vendors regarding payment confirmations and related inquiries.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and assisting with audit coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, including the preparation of Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices (Faktur Pajak), and official billing documents.
  • Prepare budget realization reports and support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Conduct monthly financial closing activities using the Accurate system, ensuring data integrity and timely completion.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance, accounting, and operational projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax (FAT).
  • Strong understanding of journal entries and solid working knowledge of ACCURATE Online accounting software.
  • High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
