Business Development Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identify New Business Opportunities**: Research and identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities to expand PT Wixander Beneficia Technology's portfolio.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to prepare and present proposals and pitches for new business ventures.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**: Drive lead generation efforts through networking, cold calls, referrals, and attending industry events.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market conditions to inform business strategies and identify areas of improvement.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment and the successful execution of projects.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by securing new business and fostering long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular updates to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or IT solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, business process management (BPM), robotic process automation (RPA), and custom software development.
- Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
