Tanggung Jawab
- Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian sales target.
- Melakukan market survey, membuat sales plan & menganalisa sales report.
- Bertanggung jawab menyusun target penjualan & action plan untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Membangun relasi & hubungan dengan para pemilik bisnis untuk mengambil langkah pertama dalam sales funnel.
- Mampu mempertahankan hubungan baik dengan klien dan memperluas jaringan dengan klien-klien baru.
- Mengevaluasi kinerja, memberikan arahan ke semua sales team secara periodik.
- Profesi BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ini juga diperuntukkan bagi Anda yang mencari posisi: Sales Manager, Account Manager, Head of Sales, Sales & Marketing Manager, Relationship Manager, Client Relationship Manager.
- Pengalaman yang relevan mínimal 5 tahun sebagai Business Development Manager atau Sales Manager di industri Valve & Gauge (Instrument).
- Minimal pendidikan S1.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik & mempunyai passion di bidang penjualan.
- Mahir dan professional dalam melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan data dan memiliki pemikiran analitis yang kuat, gesit dan jeli dalam menangkap peluang.
- Dapat memimpin Tim terkait untuk mendapat pencapaian target penjualan.
- Memiliki kepribadian menyenangkan, jujur, senang bersosialisasi, berpikir kritis, percaya diri, mature, self-driven yang tinggi, service action and speedy response.
