Responsible to Achieve KPI Sales Retail and Fleet Customer (Number of Buyer and Total Amount)
- Mapping and Create Business Strategy plan to go into the market
- Manage Sales Team and Activities on a regular basis
- Ensure the readiness and development of the sales teams with regards to competencies, organizational fit and maintaining motivation
- Create Business Plan both in terms of sales value, forecasting and goals and steps that will be taken to achieve the expected results
- Control and monitor the progress of the sales funnel to ensure that the sales process is running from leads, opportunities to sales
- Maintain relationships with key buyer account by meeting buyer expectations of responses and needs

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience, in the automotive industry in a managerial position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, at least at an intermediate level (managing data, pivot functions, developing reports, etc.)
- Understanding B2B businesses such as logistics, transportation, mining, plantations, etc
- Having Knowledge sell-buy Trucks and its spareparts
- Having strong knowledge of complex B2B sales and sales pipeline management
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication skills, creative, and adaptive in a fast-paced industry
