**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for various business units within the organization.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement efficient accounting policies and procedures, ensuring optimal financial management across the company.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering growth and skill development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- Experience as an external auditor at a leading KAP for at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role; experience in a group of companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements is essential. A certified tax brevet is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Zoho or other cloud-based ERP systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience as an external auditor at a leading KAP for at least 5 years as a senior or leader
- Have worked in a group of companies
- Certified tax brevet is preferred
- Must be located or willing to relocate to Bali.
