**Position Title**: Senior Accountant
**Location**: Denpasar, Bali
**Reports To**: Finance Manager
**Department**: Finance
**Employment Type**: Full-time at Office

**Overview**:
To oversee and manage financial data, ensure accounting accuracy and provide financial reporting and guidance to support informed business decision - making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting and finance transactions
- Preparing financial reports
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Provide data for tax related
- Responsible for AR and AP
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
- Issue, track and reconcile approved travel advances to field office staff; review advance
- reconciliation and claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Participate in internal and external audit processes as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Experience in a similar industry or business environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sunfish, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Tax knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.
- High level of integrity and able to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
- Leadership experience in managing a team or project.
