**About the role**

Organization & Performance strategy is a part of the HR Strategy Department under CEO Office Function at Pinhome. The main objective of the Organization & Performance strategy team is to strategize, initiate, and execute company-wide HR strategy & process improvement.

**What You Will Do**
- Support the analysis of the end-to-end Pinhome’s HR processes, identify points of improvement, help to define impactful solutions, and be a part of the execution.
- Support Pinhome’s HR strategy effort in the scope of organization development, performance management, learning & development, and organization integration.
- Managing and maintaining Pinhome’s organization data and structure
- Responsible for carrying out other work activities in accordance with the needs of Pinhome.
