A leading conglomerate is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Strategic Transformation and Business Strategy to drive holistic transformation across both HR and core business functions. This role will focus on delivering a high-impact, future-oriented strategy encompassing HR transformation, organization restructuring, business growth initiatives, and employee value enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in aligning business and HR strategies to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy and Growth:
    • Lead strategic planning processes across various business units, identifying growth opportunities and establishing frameworks to achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement business strategies that drive profitability, market share, and competitive advantage.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry shifts to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.
  2. HR Transformation:
    • Oversee a comprehensive HR Transformation to build a future-ready organization structure and operational model.
    • Guide the HR function in workforce planning, talent development, and optimizing HR processes to support rapid growth across diverse business units.
    • Work with HR leadership to create a scalable HR strategy that aligns with the broader business goals.
  3. Organizational Restructuring:
    • Develop and implement restructuring initiatives to enhance organizational agility, efficiency, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
    • Design structures that optimize resource allocation, operational workflows, and team collaboration across functions.
  4. Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
    • Drive the creation and promotion of a compelling Employee Value Proposition that emphasizes unique career growth, development, and benefits.
    • Implement engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
  5. Future-Focused Skills Development:
    • Identify and cultivate critical skills aligned with the companys future business model, with a focus on digital capabilities, leadership, and analytical skills.
    • Design training and development programs in partnership with learning and development teams to build future-focused skills within the workforce.
