Requirement :

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in organisational development and culture management
  2. Minimum Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering or Management
  3. Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective change management
  4. Experience in Culture Transformation / Internalization Program, Strategic Workforce Planning, and implementation agile organization
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and using HR analytics to measure the impact of initiatives
