As their STRATEGIC PARTNER, we strive to improve their organizational capabilities through our customized people development programs; centered on understanding the client's needs and providing solutions for the people development issues. Our
main focus is helping organizations to improve their capabilities and organizational performance through learning & development programs
(e.g. online workshop, webinar, and executive coaching).

PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client's needs well and develop them into a program proposal
  • Design learning program material (workshop/webinar) to be delivered in online/offline class
  • Facilitate the learning program as an insightful discussion partner
  • Manage the project from A to Z as a credible project leader
  • Maintain partnership with clients as a reliable relationship manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master Degree of any background
  • Passionate in people development area and have 3-7 years related experience, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Initiative, passionate, and 'go-getter' person
  • Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment with strong communication
  • Ability to engage audience, deliver thoughts
  • Data-driven person and strong growth track record
