Job Description:

Our company is accelerating business expansion in Indonesia as a Japan-origin consulting firm.
We support clients in DX initiatives, including improvement of existing business processes (e.g. SCM, Marketing),
creation of new business models, and solving social and industry challenges.

This role is not a traditional sales-only position.
The successful candidate is expected to actively participate in consulting projects if needed,
gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, and drive business development based on real project experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through client engagement
  • Understand client business challenges and translate them into consulting opportunities
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to shape proposals and solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions with clients
  • Support contract negotiation and project initiation
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Analyze market trends and client needs in Indonesia
  • Participate in consulting projects to gain hands-on understanding of business processes and systems (if required)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
  • 3–8 years of working experience in consulting, business/system analysis, or IT solution sales
  • Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of business processes and problem-solving approaches
  • Business-level fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset and logical thinking
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • CV must be submitted in English
  • Willingness to work in both sales activities and project execution (if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP / CRM implementation or IT solution projects
  • Consulting firm experience
  • Industry knowledge in Automotive, FMCG, or Multi-finance
  • Strong documentation and proposal writing skills
  • Self-starter with strong motivation for learning and growth
