Key Responsibilities

Spearhead business development initiatives across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and regional markets, focusing on recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and workforce placement solutions

Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational corporations, SMEs, and government-linked companies to support permanent and contract hiring needs

Develop, present, and negotiate service agreements, ensuring smooth client onboarding and long-term partnerships

Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to align candidate sourcing strategies with client expectations and project timelines

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor hiring trends, and expand service offerings into new industries and sectors
