Role Description

This is an on site contract role based in Jakarta, Indonesia for an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, conduct market research, develop strategies, and deliver actionable solutions. The role involves preparing presentations, analyzing data, and supporting the team in project execution while collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation Development, and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Ability to create tailored strategies in Management Consulting, Branding, and Corporate Training domains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team oriented, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different industries and projects
  • Educational background in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Relevant prior consulting experience is an advantage
