About the role
Seeking a driven Marketing Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) to join our client's dynamic team, one of reputable property/real estate consulting companies in Indonesia. As a Marketing Consultant (Mandarin Speaker), you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their sales & business goals. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies toward targeted clients
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful sales & marketing strategies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Providing expert guidance and recommendations to clients
What we're looking for
- Bachelor degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skill
- Fluent in Mandarin (Minimum HSK 4)
- Strong negotiation skill
- Competent in Ms Office programs
- Discipline & self-motivated
- Passion for the real estate industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skill
