Director of Strategy and Transformation

**Main Purpose**

The Director Strategy & Transformation is a key role in designing and delivering the strategic building blocks of transformational growth and managing a portfolio of strategic projects for the group.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead strategy and transformation setting in response to company capabilities, analyzing customer needs and the competitive market context.
- Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities within up and out of the organization.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives to optimize investment between various country and customer opportunities.
- Drive execution in top multi-function initiatives through PMO, insights and progress tracking - responsibility for up and out of organization messaging.
- Source, seed and accelerate transformation opportunities, working closely with markets to deliver and embed innovation.
- Lead small teams of internal project team who can incubate new business opportunities to accelerate our response to market and work closely to transition these to go to market in the country.
- Drive execution by ensuring coordination and collaboration between countries and functions through PMO e.g., reporting, meetings, governance rhythm, costs, etc.
- Provide insights and progress tracking on Transformation projects and strategic priorities within up and out of the organization.

**General Requirements**
- Have 10 years+ professional experience with leadership skills and a strong execution and drive initiatives to completion.
- Relevant experience in transformation, strategy, and project management/delivery, preferably in a top-tier management/strategy consultancy, strategy/transformation function.
- Entrepreneurial, someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a capacity to think holistically and strategically.
- Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential (written and verbal).
