Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a People Strategy team member, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexible work-from-home options. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing people-focused strategies that align with the company's objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include talent management, employee engagement initiatives, organization development, and performance management strategies. You will collaborate closely with team leaders to create a positive work environment and support employees' professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Experience or knowledge in organizational development and change management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with HR management software and tools, able to utilize HRIS analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and adapt to a dynamic team setting
  • Experience in the financial or technology sectors is an advantage
