- Identify, engage, and close strategic partnerships aligned with Finfra’s growth goals.
- Develop and execute an optimized engagement strategy, driving at least 25% improvement in funnel conversion.
- Build relationships with high-potential partners and coordinate alignment with CEO and CPO.
- Track, analyze, and report sales metrics and report to the management.
- Develop and implement scalable frameworks, including the continuous refinement of sales playbooks, partner-facing materials, and overall engagement strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal to ensure partnerships are structured for long-term success and regulatory compliance.
- Represent Finfra in external partner meetings, industry events, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the network.
- Stay updated on fintech trends, market dynamics, and regulatory updates relevant to embedded lending and payments.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Strategic Sales, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in the fintech lending, payments, banking, or embedded finance space.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Highly proactive with strong follow-through and ownership mindset.
- Excellent communication and listening skills — able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of loan products, embedded finance platforms, or regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
