**Who are we looking for?**

You are a great problem solver who is entrepreneurial, an out-of-the-box thinker, and excited about ensuring that the desired process is created and followed in letter and spirit while managing the interests and objectives of various stakeholders, which may at times be overwhelmingly complex.

**What will you do?**
- Identify, assess, and execute potential strategic partnerships across F&B, Digital, Telco & other Direct 2 Consumer brands
- Develop and implement commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in line with the company’s objectives, goals, and strategies.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership deals & terms
- Drive all stages of the partnership including origination, opportunity identification, partnership agreement, bringing stakeholders together, program management, and execution
- Recruit, train & manage a team of Partnership Associates
- Set up SOP, SLA, and onboarding toolkits for new product expansion
- Setup branding and marketing communication strategy for new product expansion
- Collaborate with multiple division heads to identify winning touch points both online and offline for new product expansion
- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
- Maintain a good relationship with internal and external entities.

**What you should have**
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA from a premier university
- Excellent written & oral communication, presentation & interpersonal skills with an ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution
- Ability to develop clear & concise documentation, project management
- Goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem solver
